Much like travel insurance protects the cost of a trip, RRP helps protect conference registration expenses when an unexpected circumstance prevents a registered attendee from participating. The Registration Refund Program gives Conference Organizers the opportunity to protect conference registration expenses when unexpected circumstances prevent a registered attendee from participating. The program includes all eligible items on the conference invoice, such as registration fees, hotel, tours, T-shirts, and other conference-related purchases.
